SMS Messaging Policy
We text you only when you've asked us to, and you can stop at any time.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This policy explains how Inkwright, Inc. uses text messages (SMS): what we send, how you opt in, how to opt out, and what we do with your phone number. It works alongside our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
What We Send
When you opt in, we may send you text messages about:
- Your account, such as sign-in and two-factor authentication codes, security alerts, and notices about your subscriptions.
- Meetings you've scheduled with us, such as invitations, reminders, and changes.
- Events you've registered for, such as reminders and updates.
- Orders you've placed, such as confirmations and shipping updates.
- Replies to support, contact, or feedback requests you've sent us.
Message frequency varies with how you use the site. For most people it is a handful of messages a month at most. Message and data rates may apply.
How You Opt In
You opt in on the account settings page at inkwright.inc by entering your mobile phone number and ticking the text-message consent box, which is always blank until you tick it. We never text a number that hasn't been opted in this way, and we never add numbers from any other source.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. Every feature of the site works without it. It is also separate from any email opt-in: choosing one never enrolls you in the other.
When you opt in, we send one confirmation message with these details. You can reply STOP to it, or to any later message, at any time.
How You Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message we send and we'll stop texting you. You'll get one final message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can also remove your number in your account settings or ask us through the contact form; either has the same effect.
Opting out of text messages doesn't affect your account or anything you've bought. Anything we need to tell you will reach you by email instead.
Getting Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. To reach a human directly, email support@inkwright.inc or use our contact form.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a message doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll sort it out another way.
Your Phone Number
Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade them to anyone.
Our messages are delivered by Twilio, which receives only what it needs to deliver them and may not use your number for its own purposes. Everything else about how we handle your personal information is in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects how we text you, we'll let you know first.
